Crawley has done a job today. Terrible bowling from SA. Worst spell of bowling I've seen from a test team in a long time. We get to 350 tomorrow and it should be game over.

He’s been awful to watch though. Against that bad bowling to get qp13 from 11 overs is terrible. Just like Sibley. He needs time in the middle but his innings will get test cricket done away with.

If they’d bowled a great line and length and the ball was hooping, so be it, but they haven’t.

I like Stokes' insistence on a settled team as it gives players confidence that they aren't always 2 failures away from being dropped. Having said that, the time will come when we may need to look at new openers. Neither Crawley nor Lees look up to the job.
