Fair play to Jurel standing up to bowling in the mid 80’s. Not an easy thing to do.
 
Dear me, the catching from this team. It's been poor for a long time now, significantly worse than most test sides.

Something that just isn't improving, and will probably cost them this game, as it prevented them winning the last one.

Without Ben, today in the field they looked a bit of a soft touch at times. The energy he demands ebbed and flowed instead of being an absolute constant. Maybe it's a coincidence that so many catches were missed, but I thought they looked like a side who were used to playing with their Dad and he hadn't shown up.

You never know, we have a decent batting line up, but India are pretty warm favourites from here.

Big innings for Pope. Not his best match so far, but a good knock would give us a chance.

That Duckett wicket had been coming all morning. He’d been playing and missing half of his shots. It felt like it was only a matter of time before they found the edge.
 
Absolutely stunning bowling from India there, Siraz particularly. He's a hell of a bowler that lad, as good at six o'clock as he is at eleven o'clock.

Right in the balance this.
