These Indian commentators man - praising the shot when a player gets out and is just "unlucky"
Been a brilliant bating performance from India

England exposed some small batting glitches but India batted well apart from that

Kohli unlucky to get out

Had to turn the sound off

Agree. Let's see how long Johnny lasts here.
Whatever happens in the next few games, this has to be a watershed moment for the ODI team. They've been largely ignored/deprioritised since the 2019 world cup but there are too many players playing on reputation here. Time to start planning for 2027 WC and the likes of Stokes, Bairstow, Malan, Moeen, Rashid, Wood etc aren't going to be around for that so they should be ushered out the door IMHO

Can't handle pressure in ODI cricket these lads. They need four an over and won't get it.

They need a bloody miracle.

I'm going 120 all out, after 30 overs.
Feels a bit like the 2013/4 Ashes tour where we went from dominant to broken. It feels as though there are problems behind the scenes because all of the players are playing terribly all of the time - they are far too good for that to be "just happening".

Raft of retirements once the tournament is done. Not sure Buttler stays on as captain

They've all looked as if they'd rather be somewhere else since they were completely thrashed by NZ.

No batsman in any nick, the bowling has been pre planned and unable to adapt to sticky pitches.

Actually the tournament has been ****e IMO. Almost no tight results, and a bad format with too many dead games. Including this one.

The first retirement should be the coach, who brings the square root of sod all to the team. The players aren't daft, and they will know he's a chancer.

A lot of players will go. I'd keep Butler, but not as captain. He's not good at it and it has hurt his batting badly.

But Mott out first, or progress will be impossible. He was a wildly bizarre appointment in the first place.

He was an odd choice I'll give you that, but they did win the T20 WC under him....

Bowling. Brilliant. Fielding. Brilliant.

The issue is, we also have to bat. And you might as well
Put me in!! I’d do better than Stokes did. I love the bloke but christbthat was embarrassing. As has the entire World Cup been let’s be honest!
