Who thought we had better spinners and better players of spin than Pakistan before the series started? Not me. We could have played better this test especially batting first, but the pitch was prepared for the home team, as is their right, and they made full use of it.

Who thought we had better spinners and better players of spin than Pakistan before the series started? Not me. We could have played better this test especially batting first, but the pitch was prepared for the home team, as is their right, and they made full use of it.

No complaints from Stokes or McCullum about the pitches. The last two Tests very much favoured 'win the toss, win the match', but England won the toss in this one and lost anyway.
