A bit brain dead from Smith.... Got into a position of regaining some initiative by batting brilliantly and then does that 5 minutes from tea..... Pakistan now right back on top....

Better than it could have been.....
Pitch already turning and variable bounce so hopefully England's spinners can do the same to Pakistan batters.....

With Pakistan 46-3, England's 267 is looking a reasonable score, but a few got out to poor shots and we probably should have got more like 350. Still, England are in a good position with Pakistan batting last.

Not a bad position to be in at close.....73/3 and the pitch doing a lot..... England's 267 looks more than reasonable.....

Well that wasn't in the script, but shows the glorious ebb and flow of Test cricket that other sports can't compete with.....

Tricky 14 overs for England to get through to close.....

Both Crawley & Duckett gone in the space of a few balls.... England in trouble 15/2

What a turn around since Pakistan were 177/7 earlier in the day......

England bang in trouble....

And that's it for the day 24/3 still 53 behind......
Expect it will be all over by the time we wake up in the morning....

England's inability to take the last 3 wickets of an innings, highlighted again ! Just an awful stat under Stokes , it's become the norm now. Pakistan got what we should've got batting 1st. We've lost all the impetus and somehow need to set a total they can't chase. Noman and Sajid have properly ended us since coming in !

Just over an hour gone and England well & truly done for at 85-7, we just have no answer to these two spinners who are on a different planet to ours. Stokes dismissal quite surreal but sums us up...
