Could have been worse as Bairstow should have been out first ball, so we wouldn't have had his 30 runs in that total..........

Going out with a whimper and still got to play Aussies, India and Pakistan........ deep joy
 
The players, reigning ****ing world champions, have looked completely disinterested from day one.

Absolutely diabolical showing, it's like we've gone back to pre Morgan. Unless we play more 50 over games, this will become the norm again. I said pre tournament that our preparations were poor and so it's proved.

Finally watched some of the Aussie innings. Good effort from the kiwis to push us back under 400 but I doubt they'll be able to reach the target. We may actually be warming into the tournament.
