Presumably he bowled that over of utter cack with a broken finger. Surely Buttler could have used someone else.

I have a horrible feeling that the fix is in for this tournament, be amazed if the Indians don’t win it.

The Indians are far and away the best side in the tournament but even if they win all 9 group games it's still two one-off games after that.

India were always hot favourites.
We are seriously undercooked, having not played enough 50 over cricket, plus we're not as good as the side that won the WC and most importantly, we really miss Morgan's captaincy.
I'd like to see New Zealand win it.

This format of the game now looks very vulnerable. Doesn’t appeal to 20/20 fans at all judging by the crowds at games not involving India. And given India’s hold over the sport now, if they don’t need it…..

It has become a little stale. I heard someone (might have been Tendulkar) suggest switching to two 25-over innings for each side. That would liven it up.

Aussies coming home with a wet sail.
Throw in a bit of sandpaper and a couple of Sheila’s crying over being busted doing what every other country has done for years, a couple underarm bowls and we just might make a fist of it.

Good start for England against Sri Lanka after Buttler finally gets it right at the toss by opting to bat first.
