He holds it for much longer that your typical catcher who then flings the ball away even before its given out.
Methinks in all fairness its a genuine catch, regardless of which team caught it.

The slow motion is misleading though.
I called it as soon as I saw the replay.
You can't take a catch and then drag the ball along the ground.
I agree that sometimes players throw the ball up too quickly following a catch.
It won't affect anything, don't worry.
We'll be done by lunch.
