Can someone explain this short pitched nonsense to tailenders? Pitch the ball up and aim at top of off stump surely is what should be happening..... with the short stuff any edge is going to fly over the slips for 4.....

Is this part of the new ‘aggressive in all circumstances’ ideology? No room for nuance here.
 
Reprieve for Crawley after being given out by on field umpire. This time there's no doubt the ball hit the ground first before going onto the pad. We were due to get 1 of them, what a fantastic start. Lees is looking so aggressive, keep going lads.

At the start of the innings win % was India 70% England 20%....
