I'm glad that I didn't bother subscribing to BT Sport or getting involved in this disaster. To think that once upon a time I used to camp out on the sofa suffering this ****. Good riddance Ashes Down Under.

You can **** off with your weather forecasts Michael Fish ! You promised us Biblical rain in the 1st test to save us and another 40 days and nights to follow so we could get out of this with a heads held high 0-0 draw ! Never falling for it again :emoticon-0173-middl
It absolutely pi55ed it down on two of the 5 days mate, just not during the day, fortunately :emoticon-0105-wink:

Reactions: Hammersmith reborn
They might give Hazlewood more time to recover, Richardson hardly looks like a poor replacement. Impressed with him 2nd innings, bowled with the sort of intent sadly lacking in our bowlers although he did have conditions to suit in the evening

He did OK but Josh will want to be back for the boxing day test. I was surprised you chose a spinner at the Gabba and not one for Adelaide. I though Lyons being from Adelaide and playing his cricket there may have given Root a bit of a clue.

I assume the atmosphere will be curtailed by COVID regulations.

I understand Bay 13 has been done away with. It did get pretty horrible latterly, but was a great part of the craic in the olden days, where you could wander in and out of it at will.

Melbourne Cricket Ground is certainly a great place with such a large crowd.

As a old Sydney boy, l have a soft spot for the Sydney Cricket Ground.

l’ve spent many a time as a youngster there, watching cricket & league there.
I’ve also had the pleasure of playing sports there and to me, the view of the old grandstands, have no peer. The clock tower and the traditional roof shapes are a throwback to a more settled time in history. The SCG is a lovely piece of history that we can still enjoy.

Dids I didn't know you were a roach, have you repented?
