Awesome from Brook and Bairstow, how we can leave Brook out of the World Cup squad I don't know. The guy is a genius and a match winner, has to play in any format in my book. We actually slowed down last couple of overs having looked like getting 220 when Brook was in !
For his physique, I don't think I've ever seen anyone hit the ball as hard as him. Supremely talented batsman who has every shot in the book, I just hope no one tries to coach him out of his natural way of batting !
Surely they need to reconsider leaving him out of the world cup squad? I never wish injury on anyone, but that may be the only way he gets picked. Presumably the selectors won't want to lose face by changing their minds.
Disappointing 175 from England, considering Bairstow's full on assault in the first 11 overs. Brook fails again and Livingstone seems to try to hit it too hard. Hopefully we'll stop the rotation once we start the ODis.
