You talking about the same kid who had a perfectly legitimate goal disallowed, and had another cleared off the line after some lovely control of the ball. Think there are a few who are willing to criticise before the player has had a good enough opportunity to show what he is capable of. But hey, don't let that influence your opinion, lets just criticise him for the bit part games he has been getting. Hell not even the top players can do it when used in a bit part fashion.

I've been a critic of Vasquez but I also concede that he's not had a run in the side in fairness. Dragon's Borini love-in is curious since he couldn't do anything at Liverpool (though was played out of position) and has only scored one goal at the Mackems (albeit the best of his career). Still yet to convince me he's more than Championship standard.

But when you have Bony, Michu and a backup striker who will come good with some game time, we didn't need Borini. Hindsight is a magical thing. And with Michu and Bony, don't think Borini would have come here, as he is annoyed at being second fiddle behind Fletcher and not getting game time, imagine being 3rd fiddle.
Borini's a natural for our system! He would have had plenty of game time with the Euro games too....................... Vasquez = Schecter
the question has been answered that without our two key players then we are nothing more than relegation fodder just like all the other bottom sides are...we are nothing like we were and that spells trouble..
project i'm not being funny but just look at our scores in just one year and its so plain to see that our standards have dropped. There is no consistency anymore and the players are just there for the money they earn. set pieces for and against are mostly diabolical and luadrup's subs are bizarre most of the time and thats being generous to him,.....We look a different side even though we have most of the old players. I dont hear the excuses on the street that i hear here i can tell you and fans are worried about the way we have gone from a very good side to a side that lacks confidence..you can only blame one person for that as he gets paid good money to do a job and he is not doing it to the standard that we once were..
Take 5 key players out of any side and they lose. We would have beaten many teams in the lower half if we played them today.
