Don't always vote straight away for your number one suspect mate.
Vote for others and gauge a reaction, both from they and others.
Your reaction, as well as Greez's, on my vote for you, satisfies me enough for know.

Thanks Tennis. Lots of useful thoughts. Can see the logic but also some potential flaws, so going to have to check the rules again before commenting. <ok>

@Less Hope Than Neville any chance of an update on our financial situation. Your daily updte gives news on shootings, but not on the impact of trading/robberies, which is giving the bandits an unfair advantage as I'm sure they know where they stand fnancially and how it impacts their options. <ok>

Defend Gunsmith by buying bullets (automatic byproduct of it). Most guys buying bullets have low accuracy, so helps to have a few good shooters there.
If they don't buy bullets then I'd recommend defending the bar as said earlier.

Well the bank is going to run dry eventually as money is not coming in, only out. Bandits have tried to hit the bank two nights in a row now, and with even fewer defenders they will almost definitely raid it tonight and steal the money in there. I just think it's better to concentrate our forces, try keep townfolk alive and deny bandits the money. Bank manager is not exposed as buying bullets will place him in the Gunsmith. <ok>

Totally agree with force concentration ..iam just concerned with losing the bank manager ..hadn't considered that he would be located in the gunsmith when buying bullets

The only problem I see is losing the ability to pay the sheriff etc if/when the bank runs out of cash

Sure thing, fire away. I kept checking the rules while writing but I might have missed some things.
I did get confirmation from Neville on the things I mentioned though, they're not in the rules (retaining shooting accuracy and disappearing bullets after death).
We can't know what the bank balance is but it is 100% sure no more money can flow in now as there are no coachmen or guards, hence my strategy for using up the money on bullets and denying bandits the chance to get money.

The only problem with my theory of voting acs is he could also be town <laugh>

I'll be defending the bank...we need that to pay the doctor and sheriff yeah?

At this stage it is fairly obvious who the Sheriff and Deputy are <ok>

Like I said though, we don't lose much.
We lose two rather weak abilities in Investigations and lock ups.
We lose the Sheriff's killing ability but it's risky anyway, I would recommend defending as I said in my post.
Finally we gain access to trader's money (they become 2 traders that are currently generating money that can't be delivered to the bank, so just waiting to be stolen.
So they can use that money to buy bullets, and deny bandits the chance to steal the money.

So we retain their shooting accuracy and defending actions, they can still buy bullets with their own money (instead of using the bank's decreasing amount of money for it), I really think it's a good strategy. Feel free to point out any flaws though.

  15. Bit of an assumption there. You don't know what role I have <laugh>

(this is in no way a clue as to what role I have, it is merely me pointing out the assumption)
