Like others have said, every case is different mate.
I had it about a month ago for the first time. It took me ages to work out it was COVID. The first two days I thought it was hay fever. Then days 3 & 4 I realised it wasn't, it felt like a cold, so I went for a test and turned out it was COVID. Day 5 I still had cold symptoms. After that I was fine. I'm 60 BTW and triple-vaccinated. It was ****-all really.
But then a fortnight later, my 22-year-old son, who had COVID two years ago before vaccinations with nigh-on ****-all symptoms, and who has had two vaccinations on top, got it and was in a bad way. He slept for nearly 48 hours with a temperature, every meal I left outside his door was untouched. On the third day he was a lot better.
Hope you're on the road to recovery soon mate.
The vaccinations, imperfect though they are, do help. My son, before vaccinations, had to hide in his bedroom for 28 ****ing days. I went from positive to neagative in seven.
