Coventry don't even make it onto the 'cautionary tale' list they're that forgettable. They should change their club motto on the crest to meh.
Yeah the fans deserve better, far better in fact. The city is proper ****e though. Not sure I've lived in a worse city tbh. I've lived all over the country too. In fact Coventry is worse than May Pen, and that's saying something.
I bet a lot of people would have said that about us if we weren't saved though mate. At the end of the day, every club is as important as the rest to the fans who support them.
FFS ..it's "Got myself a crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living doll" you tit .. your version ain't ever going to sell ..HIAG likely bought the original, taking it literally and not minding that the drip tray is already full

I've only been to the Ricoh which is a bit out of town but yeah it did look ****e. Dreary ****ing midlands
I didn't know anything about Coventry, until I got there! It just so happened they were the only Uni at the time doing the course I wanted. When I arrived I got very drunk, very quickly. Then stayed drunk for a year. Got my papers and ****ed off out. Never to return. I've had more fun in London squats.
Had to edit my response ... having realised it only made sense in reference to the original Edit: Just for Sky
Warwick University is actually in Coventry ... Warwick and Stratford-Upon-Avon are both pretty nice ...
I studied Forensic Psychology and Crime there. All other Uni's just offered forensic Psychology, but I needed/wanted the Crime part too. I learned more about crime just walking around than I did in lectures though!
My best mate is from Cov .. me and my cousin first met him and a mate of his when the 4 of us were put in the same taxi at Faro airport then dropped off in Villamoura in the Algarve for a two week 'budget break' ... once back in England (this was mid 80s) they came over to Leicester for nights out and we went over to Cov ... first time we went we met up in a pub that was also a Toby carvery (calm down now) ... the bar was packed with people around our age - got talking to a group of about 10 girls that my mate knew ... they'd all got plasters on their upper arms - when we asked why it turned out becasue they's all just been for AIDs tests ... I kid you not ... obviously it was mainly for peace of mind ... but it kind of killed the plans I was starting to form for the evening nevertheless
