Coventry is depressing. A ****house place although it does have a decent Costco & is the home of 2Tone.

My abiding memories from last season are a nagging woman screaming into the tannoy in the concourse MAKE YOUR WAY TO YOUR SEATS from about 2.15 onwards, and the ridiculous one way system up and down the stairs at half time. One abiding memory of Coventry is when we were the first team to win at their new ground, their local radio station had a tosspot on claiming we had no right to beat them and shouldn't even be on the same pitch as them. I have another from Highfield Road but not for this board, wouldn't want to trigger the pearl clutchers

I went to the game with 2 Cov fans , city won 2:0 John Welsh brace, driving home Cov fans blaming the fact the players weren’t used to the new pitch, my Cov mates said oh yeah and Hull are lol
