I'm pleased Le Bris has taken the time to explain to people why he's not just throwing players in when it may be too early. The easiest way to knock someone's confidence is to bow to the wishes of supporters who are expecting great things imo. These young foreign players need to learn the language, culture,mentality and loads more. It's not that Le Bris doesn't 'trust the player', as some think, he's just showing how careful he manages their development imo.

Agree with this and that’s from someone who’s been championing getting him on the pitch more often, we saw what happened last year when Mowbray would throw Hemir rusyn or mayenda in willy nilly then drop them again for weeks, probably killed any confidence they had much more sensible approach this year and hopefully both us and aleksic reap the rewards for it
I was at that match and remember it really well. Not something I joined in with given my age but I do remember thinking he had it coming, seemed to enjoy it.
