look job one is to get him on a new contract that 5 years and pay him right. job 2 is to use him to get as close to CL as we can. job 3 is when it comes to get 40-50mil for him. simple as that. get in the cl and he's your key man and its only when barca or real turn up that we are in trouble. don't acheive it and we'll lose him after next season.
