The tickets should have been dispatched on Monday to make things easier, that is obvious. More and more each day you're more suited to ITTApologist, give @AllHellLetLoose his job back that you stole off him.
If you do not receive your tickets in the post on Friday morning, please call 03432 081 496 and advise one of our ticket office staff of this. Make sure you have your transaction number/FAN ID to hand, as you will be asked to confirm your identity. You will then be asked if you would prefer to receive an email with print-at-home tickets attached or pick up a physical ticket from the ticket office at Wembley. Fans have up until 2pm this Friday to let us know that their tickets have not arrived. The above is utter nonsense. In effect, anybody that has not received their tickets by tomorrow will be ringing the club up. Most households will be at work on Friday by the time Postman Pat is delivering the tickets. People will be then getting home to find their tickets on the mat but already have got duplicated tickets, a recipe for touting wholesale on Sunday! F****** shambles.
Yep if mine don’t arrive tomorrow I’ll have to call Friday in the knowledge they could arrive that morning before I even call
I'm sorry to hear that there have been problems. With thousands of tickets being posted a handful of errors or losses is going to be inevitable, but if a large number of fans are still waiting for tickets that should have come already that is poor. I'm glad mine arrived exactly when they were supposed to, and until I read these last few posts I had assumed nearly everyone else would have theirs too. Lets hope a large number come through letterboxes today.
Personally I think the club have handled these Play Off tickets better this they did last year, when I’m sure they used Ticketmaster (I don’t think Gerard Murphy had to pay £2.50 P&P for his one?) If we do get promoted we will need a far more effective Ticket Office in the Championship next season. One that is properly managed and staff and open at sensible hours.
The distributing of tickets has been extremely poor. People who had bought tickets over the weekend whould have had their tickets sent out Monday. Quite clearly this has not happened.
I read this on Twitter yesterday, and couldn't quite believe it. A fully fit Igor would give the team balance and give everyone a boost. Fingers, arms, legs crossed, touch wood, no walking under ladders it's true. The seven years since the mirror at Charlton broke has expired.
Haven't got mine yet, so they'd better come today. The management at Charlton must think that the post is still delivered before breakfast. We get ours just after midday, so people will be reporting missing tickets on Friday morning,.then getting them in the midday post.
Perhaps you could give the Club a ring and offer the get the old uniform out FHB ? I am sure that they would offer you some free tickets for next season as a thank you
