The quality of the discussion on both boards has been excellent of late and there has been plenty of good banter between the blues and reds, with respect shown to the opposing fans who simply had the misfortune to be born in the wrong place, and hence support the wrong team.
As we get closer to the derby match at St Marys, there will no doubt be an increase in the banter and passions run deep with this fixture, particularly when it is so important to both clubs seasons this time. Our job is to try to keep everything running smoothly and can we ask that everyone is at their witty best and avoids just trading insults. Itâs a real shame when an otherwise good natured thread has to be closed because some go over the top.
On Monday an old banter thread will be re-opened and all other banter threads will be merged to keep the board nice and tidy.
Letâs hope that the best team win and that the match is robust, fair and entertaining- just like the banter!
