    We'll finish mid-table becuse we have a mid-table squad. Having lost two young, creative players in Clayton and Snoddy and replaced them with ageing mediocrity (Austin aside) then we shouldn't expect anything more.

    Off-topic, I was on train to London Bridge yesterday and overheard a Brighton fan telling his mate that he took his girlfriend to the Den over the weekend &#8220;for a date&#8221;! <yikes>
