Would have preferred Bakinson for Brunt.
As yet haven't seen anything in Brunt.

Don’t think anyone has seen anything from him in a city shirt. Waste of time should of kept Morrell or Smith at least

He showed some glimpses of real quality with some of his passes against Reading, but looked unfit in the short time he was on, that maybe down to a lack of games, or he's just an old bugger now?

Nagy not having his best night, though he's got better as the half wore on, still like his energy whereas Brunt is just past it.

Anyone think Bentley could have come for the cross for their goal?

Samuel has DaSilva on toast and luckily Bentley dug DaSilva out early on when he didn't see a runner..... again.

We scored from a great run and long ball from Vyner.

So far QPR look good going forward but iffy defensively.
Tbh we seem at 6s and 7s.

Defensively poor, DaSilva is having his pants pulled down with every QPR attack - wouldn’t be surprised if we see Rowe on for him if that carries on. Brunt is off the pace completely

Up until we scored, our defensive play was dreadful and QPR were showing us how to pass the ball....they could easily have been 3-4 up...We are lucky to be level.
Lets hope for a better 2nd half as I nearly fell asleep in that first 45 mins!! :emoticon-0113-sleep

Much much better second half from City. A good assertive decision at HT from Holden to take DaSilva off, once we stopped that avenue of attack, QPR didn't really offer much. Credit to CoD, I have been critical of his performance levels this season, but he was much better today, he was busy in the middle and built attacks. Good to see Bakinson get some time back on the pitch. Also good to see Brunt get 90 mins in, again he was more effective in the second half. There is still quite a bit of work to be done to be a genuine top 6 contender, but a lot better, especially considering there were 2-3 players out there tonight who haven't played much this season.

Just what we needed after a slight slip on the perch and the 3 points were earned probably against the rub.

    Great 3 points.
O'Dowda and Nagy did really well.
As did Kalas and Vyner at the back.
Rowe isn't great but made a difference at LB, looked a lot more solid than DaSilva.
This division is mental, look at Preston tonight. However to me we are batting way above our average.
