Could Jack Cork do a job at centre back?

    Too late now but I always felt that Hammond would make a decent CB.....anyway I think Cork would be OK, in fact I feel Jos and Fonte could still do a job if they weren't exposed so much but that needs a tactical revision in front of them....unfortunately dont think Maya is robust enough for Premiership football

    Cork should be our fourth choice CB, if we're really short then he'll be called upon. If he isn't needed at the back then he'll certainly be a good option in midfield, whether he''s starting or coming off of the bench.

    I think if our midfield wasnt so attack orientated we would concede a lot less. No one likes putting lots of me behind the ball, but at times its staggering how high up we try and play. I think Cork will start when fit, he was key part of our team last year, playing a part in every game and think he would make a great PL CM alongside Davis and Schneiderlin
