I do not think that sacking SC will improve anything short term. If you get another manager in they will be under the same financial restrictions that SC is. The board must share the brunt of the blame and back SC to get some quality championship players in Jan. Failure to do so will probably end up with us falling out of this league. SC major shortcoming for me, has been his
reluctance to change shape when it is obvious that we do not have the players to play a 3-5-2 in this league.

putting £500 on everybodies season tickcet raises six million. that does not go far and wont get all these top quality players you do not name.

so as others have said. Again how much would you raise prices? city already make a loss? who covers the loss? who are the players? who is the manager?

You can't wait til January to sack him as you won't be able to get in any players them, either sack him before mid December or keep him til the end of the season I see it

What's the worst that could happen - Relegation to League 1

Cotterill has already won that League by a canter

Chopping and changing as soon as we hit a rough patch will not help the club in the long term

Trouble is that there is no guarantee we will bounce straight back and how many disillusioned fans will be once bitten twice shy about falling for it all again ?

We're in the Championship and that's where we need to make sure we stay.

More than a few of us on here hinted that, if there is such a thing, we were promoted a season too soon. Next season when the stadium will be complete would have been the perfect scenario. L1 champions at a canter and a brand new stadium to run out into for the start of the championship campaign. Surely that would have helped attract a few players as well? (assuming there were any approached of course!).
But we are where we are, on good merit, and we need to adjust pretty damn quick!

The club also has to think about existing debts and losses. Fancy adding a mere £766 to your season ticket price to cover the last loss. And the next?

I think SC and the Board thought our squad last year could handle the Championship.
A lot on here thought the same.
Now with hindsight the quality and depth of our squad is way short to avoid relegation.

Players like Wilbraham, Robinson, Agard, Ayling, Pack, Williams, Fielding are sadly not up to the Championship and others who warm the bench each week like Wagstaff and El Abd aren't even L1.
Freeman, possibly out best player last year, has been a disappointment for me this season.
Not least for losing the Brentford game which started the rot at home.

Another manager ? Not sure it would change anything with the squad we have and the budget he'd have in January.
We are truly in sh*t street, and for the first time I can't think how on earth we'll survive this season.

Saw this link and article earlier. I was staggered at the turnover of managers with very few being at their clubs more than a couple of years. Derek McInnes is the 2nd longest serving Scottish Prem manager and that only by a matter of days-
2nd longest English Premier manager to Wenger is Eddie Howe

Ain't that a cop out? If you would gladly help you could always sponsor a player etc or pay for advertising space in the ground.

Forget other fans because they are not all urging / demanding that BCFC spend millions of pounds the club does not have. This is your big plan to stop BCFC going belly up on the park and off it.

Rough figures ... To cover current expenditure and losses, and then increase that expenditure " moderately" would you be prepared to pay in the region of £1600 a season for a Dolman season ticket?

The next question would then obviously would you also be prepared to pay another inflated sum to cover the downfall in lost attendances.

'I can't think how on earth we'll survive this season'

Perhaps playing Forest on Sky will change the 'Fluence'.
We need something to break out of this terrible run of results and maybe, just maybe, playing on TV will change our fortune.
1 good result could change everything.

There are men in white coats outside - but you never know guys.
    Hope springs eternal.

Not quite in his league financially, however i would have wanted better returns and success on the money SL has put in by now.
Simply put it has been a very poor return.

Very true i have been waiting a long time since those giddy years when we were beating Man Utd, and Arsenal, in their own backyards.
    We can dream.
