I would have thought so, he has been rested all week, Jose said he wanted him to have a rest to get his fitness level back. All stems from a hamstring injury he got the end of last season, instead of letting him rest, he went to the WC and his lack of fitness showed. (Then again the whole Spain side sucked balls, which didnt help). Ideally he would have missed the WC, but he played and that aggravated it I think, playing 3 games in quick succession like that.
