Once that cheating auld scottish **** finally ****s off then Utd will get the same ****e off Refs as the rest of us.
We've had some shocking decisions at the Bridge in recent years, and it was about time we got the rub of the green there (which we did).
Swings and roundabouts. As I said, I'm so proud of the way that we played. At 2-2 with 11 men I could see the game going only 1 way. The next game is even more important as Swansea isn't an easy place to go to. We have to bounce back from this. Luckily, it's far too early in the season to mean anything.
The whole world and his dog must have been watching this yesterday and my guess is is that 99.9% thought Chelsea were robbed! But as several have said on here, s*** happens and we must consign it to history and move on! PS--I hope Clattenburg gets a custodial sentence for it though!
hahaha Pot Black kettle calling. Find the right combination. I think all football fans think fans of the scousers are the most mentally deficient and delusional on the planet. Why else would they still think their team are still in the top four and challenging for the title?
by saying that the scousers fans are the most deluded in the planet and thinking their team is still a top team? Dont think so somehow. The scousers going all mental on an event which had nothing to do with them shows how desperate scumbags they have become Chelsea's fans reaction was understandable and yet more sensible...
And the penalty and red card that should have followed when Evra wiped out Ramires in the C.L quarter the previous year. Yeah, United never get decisions go in their favour at S.B!! Just proves that if Fergie can talk bollox long enough, the United fans will start believing it too (including Howard Webb).
No they won't. That's one of the biggest myths going at the moment. There is a reason United are acting hurriedly to get David Gill in the most senior positions possible in the FA and UEFA. The bias will continue long after Ferguson is gone and when they identify someone who fits the bill and does things the Man United way i.e. Cheating, influencing refs and acting crass with total lack of sportmanship and disregard for the game. My money is on Steve Evans with Sam Allardyce as a close 2nd, someone with that kind of persona. There's no way they'll go for a "nice guy" type of manager like Moyes, Di Matteo, Rodgers or Adkins.
I'm impressed! Thats the first time I've ever seen you make a comment worth reading anywhere. Well done fella keep it up, you probably won't know what this means but go for the double.
As a Norwich supporter I don't see refereeing bias in favour of any particular club.I would say however that the top clubs as a whole get preferential treatment over the smaller ones, especially in the awarding of penalties. That isn't necessarily a problem because the lower clubs are in a mini-league of their own. There does seem to be a lot of accusations against United but I don't think that they get favourable treatment over their direct competitors at the top.
There is a good reason for this. The top four or five clubs sell lots of shirts as well as airtime abroad. And the money flows in more when the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal are fighting it out. Imagine the shirt sales (with the Premier League logo and hence the royalties) if say your Norwich were up there with West Ham, Southampton and Reading. No disrespect to any of these fine clubs but the average lad in Malaysia won't be rushing out to buy a shirt from any of these four wheras he would be buying a shirt from the perceived 'top four'. It's in the FA's own interest to make sure that the right teams get the right decisions throughout the year. And if it comes to choosing between Chelsea and Manchester United then the favours won't be going down the King's Road. This game is corrupt from the top down.
In case any of you are interested Clattenburg was the referee when Nani blatantly handled the ball inside the box against Spurs. Gomez rolled the ball out for a free kick and Nani got up and scored an open goal
Dalglish supporting suarez is more evidence of corruption in the game and bringing the game into disrepute than poor refereeing by clattenburg.
David Gill being chief executive of United and then becoming vice-chairman of the FA whilst still in the same post for United is as corrupt as it gets.
