Met police bent as fook, they were spying on everyone from trade unionists through to political activists and other left wing groups, basically anyone that went against the state and as such incurred government backlisting as a result.

As tactics they even used the real names of dead children.

Fooking hell <laugh> ,,,,,

https://policespiesoutoflives.org.uk/interim-inquiry-our-press-release/

The women who were spied on welcome the Inquiry’s findings, which show the undercover unit was ‘unjustified and undemocratic’. They now demand the Met hand over the files gathered on them, and urge the Inquiry to ‘stop protecting police’ and reveal the full identities of all undercover officers.

The SDS operated from 1968 to 2008 and was tasked to infiltrate political and activist groups, with the intention of gathering intelligence to assist in public order policing. The interim report of the Inquiry investigates the operations of the SDS between 1968-1982. Inquiry chair Sir John Mitting has concluded that most of the groups spied on, which included women’s liberation groups, posed limited risk to public order and no risk to the safety of the state. Sir John Mitting said ‘it is hard to credit that penetration of or even reporting on these groups could have been thought worthwhile.’ [1]

In the report, Sir John Mitting declares that the intelligence gathered did not ‘justify the means’, which involved developing long-term friendships with unsuspecting members of the public and trespassing in their homes. He said: ‘had the use of these means been publicly known at the time, the SDS would have been brought to a rapid end.” [2] Instead, it continued to operate in secret for another 40 years.

I don't agree that it's to divide the working and middle classes, It's to social clense the working classes out of the system entirely.

Thatcher wanted rid of the working classes after the miners strike, she even took the findings from Hillsborough and remodelled them into changes that SHE wanted to make.

The three things she targeted was football, alcohol, and cigarettes.

Football is already too expensive for many, especially as regular saturday entertainment as it was all those years ago. Cigarettes, well we are already heading towards being a smokeless state, with many laws already introduced to target it. Alcohol, our culture of pubs as it was has virtually been destroyed. The latter two were constantly targeted in the earlier years for higher taxation.

Cashless is the next control, that will be closely followed by monitoring of social media accounts, we will probably end up with something like one account across all platforms - that can already be done, but it will be enforced by law at some point in the future.

The QR codes is quite a concerning one, if the rest I've already mentioned is not concerning enough lol.

Edit: and I said all that without even mentioning survelliance systems, climate credits and ulez zones, we are fooked!

The above is all true. Maybe the better terminology is to have anybody who isn't in the ruling class fighting amongst each other and concentrating on each other, rather than directing (and mobilising) their ire towards those at the top who create this turmoil

interesting that other MP’s who have left a political party have had a by-election.
Bridgen(caught lying in court)who is now on the payroll of Lozza Fox, the immigrant/LGBTQ+ hating spunk bubble has decided he likes being an MP until the next GE.

As this is to do with health I will post it here...

This don't surprise me tbph - I've always been annoyed with products that say no sugar then add this stuff into it (aspartame). I often read labels to see what's in stuff, and it's about time this shhite was called out.

A doctor told me to avoid all diet fizzy drinks because the sweeteners are carcinogenic. That was 6 years ago. It's been largely known in the medical (cancer treatment) world so a bit surprised it's taken this long for it to come out.

From what I understand this report has been leaked so maybe it wasn't due (or meant) to come out, I don't know.

The consultant at the time (who was an oncologist) said to me it's true for most artifical sweeteners. Including stiff like Canderel and Sweetnex etc we buy.

Also said avoid fructose like the plague. Iirc most of america's sweeteners/sugar is made from fructose so they're pretty fcked.

Yes I agree, it has been known about the problems with aspartame for a long time, long before I ever had to think about a diet. I'm always looking at ingredient labels - I'd noted that since inflation, supermarkets are removing some products from sale, then weeks later returning the product to the shelves as 'new.' So why do they do this, well it's quite simple really, because firstly they reduce the weight, to keep it at the same price, but secondly and to my actual point, they change the ingredient measures. For example, I eat non dairy products in the main, well certain brands have reduced substantially the amount of olive oil they put in their products - which in real terms you are now paying for something that's an inferior product. As a result I will then change brand. This sort of shhite is going on all the time, but once you get to stuff like sweetners they are just taking the piss because as you highlight, it's in everything and very difficult to avoid.

Edit: I probably should have wrote this in cost of living, oh well.

It's a bit of a joke tbh, aspartame is one of the most rigorously tested food additives there is, and there has never been 1 bit of evidence of it being a carcinogen. It's like mobile phones, they're on the list but there's zero evidence of that being a carcinogen either.
Makes me wonder if someone has found a new artificial sweetner.

except it's one of the most rigorously tested additives and there has never been any proof of it being a carcinogen. It's given the same risk as using a mobile phone, which also has none.

I'd still prefer to avoid it and always have done, rather than have it dumped in a lot of our food.

Especially when there is no long term benefit it appears in doing so, a document from a month ago on the topic... https://www.who.int/news/item/15-05...or-weight-control-in-newly-released-guideline

The more recent news on it... https://www.theweek.in/news/health/...-sweetener-as-possible-carcinogen-report.html

I've posted on here before Stevia is one of the few safe naturally plant derived sweeteners if you want to cut out sugar.

I use it in everything and have done for the past 5/6 yrs.

I found by gradually reducing sugar makes it easier, so if you then changed back to your past measures, it tastes absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if sweetners would help with that final hurdle, so that then you can eventually remove the sweetner as well, or would that just make it more difficult, don't know I've never tried?

It definitely would work because I've found the same with salt. I used to be so accustomed to higher levels of salt, but once I reduced it considerably, any time now when it's even slightly above what I'm used to I literally can't eat the thing.

The only problem with reducing sugar is certain things like tea become horrible tbh. In cooking/baking I think it can be achieved though. Maybe not cut out completely but reduced considerably.

I'll try and remember the name 'Stevia' and look into it. <ok>

I always used to use the Lo Salt brand which is 66% less sodium, although last time I bought some I bought the wrong brand and picked up the Saxa version which is 50% less sodium. Although I will admit on both brands to not having checked the ingredients how it's done.

I repeat I posted a vid about a whistleblower on how this works…it was his job to pay for the answers and results that was pro push of said product

One of the players in 9/11 made a good earner from getting aspartame off the banned list and all…….master of disaster mr Donald Rumsfeld aka the fiddler

The icing on the cake: In 1985 Searle was absorbed by Monsanto. Donald Rumsfeld reportedly received a $12 million bonus. And the sad tale of fake food and experimentation on the human race continued onward.
