The government proved during covid how easy it is to control everything we do, and that's in reality. So why would natures predetermined life being any different, as nature controls everything, so if the past and future were already predetermined they would all be the present. Afterall everything in life is nothing but a cycle, whether you are human or a bug. We think we control our lives but how much of that is really true. Like every human, you have to eat, drink, **** and piss if you don't you die, so surely as soon as life begins, your very existence is predetermined by a course of events you will carry out until you die, when you take your last breath of oxygen, the biggest determiner of all.

Nice headline. Anyone actually read the article behind the paywall? Might actually be worthwhile...

Not a single thing in it suggests conspiracy. So just a theory then.

At best it was media hysteria which at the time was very real given the fact it was a worldwide pandemic, at worst it was self serving interests where every media outlet was trying to out do each other.

Any of that mean ministers and the BBC conspired to do anything. No.

lol your still in the box of trust <laugh>

Btw much of what she talks about was in the first few months of lockdown. It might be worthwhile going back to the start of this thread to remember what the pandemic looked like back then, not just in this country but worldwide.

I suppose for me personally, whatever happened, happened and now I don't even look back on it, not even to weigh up what we learned.

There are things I would like to change that happened, such as bringing cashless forward by about a decade, the constant monitoring of our lives with CCTV and ring doorbells, car dashcams, even making an appointment to go to the tip.

As was said in the recent case of the woman and man that went missing, with what we now know of the death of a baby on their hands. The police said 'they went off grid' all because they didn't have a traceable car and were using cash.

To me those cival liberties we take for granted is more important than covid, even though it was a main instigator of worsening controls. And what has anyone or is anyone doing about it, quite simply nothing!

In life it's becoming such that if you go off grid, you are automatically treated as a criminal, or that's how it's being made to feel, when people decline anything other than the use of a bank card. Regardless of its simplicity.

in part i agree but for all the tech they could use they couldn’t even find five young adults who crashed on a roundabout for three days 3 dead 2 still fighting

these two have been lying by dead friends for all that time and phone trackers couldn’t find them drones or helicopters failed and all

nothing they sell us is for our safety it’s all about control and once they got its goodnight for freedom

By who?

I believe certain things are conspired but usually there is evidence of it.

This started off as a real issue. A pandemic which many countries were unprepared for. They then took measures to deal with it. Eventually it was. Some media outlets dined out on it and continued it beyond what they should have but even that died out. That was it.

I was thinking about this when the news broke. Why was them (adults living their own lives) choosing to leave the home a matter for the police? My only answer is that bcos a baby was involved. Would a couple where the woman wasn't due, doing the same be a case for the police to get involved? I'm pretty sure no they wouldn't unless one of them rang alarm bells bcos of past history.

Have they discovered the reason for the death of the child/postmortem undertaken. If they went on the run due to causing the baby’s death, then heading off grid was a cowards way to avoid your fate. Tracking the movement and spending habits of 60m people via cashless. Well I’m sure banking records, Tesco club card, direct debits etc are good enough.
Seems this couple planned the ‘off grid’ movement for some reason.

but I do agree that a cash/cashless mix is needed. Full cashless will be difficult for many.

Or, what Treb said.

I don't know her motives. She is a political journo though. Very much part of the machine that is manipulating us.

But lets say she's done it for honourable reasons. The BBC nor any broadcaster is responsible for, or conspired with Hancock being a lying deranged murderous fcker.
