I've refused to have statins, I was told it's what I need before any other options were even given to me. I'll take my chances Peej, do it my way for 3 months and re-evaluate after that.

Not advocating them, just pointing out what happened to his dad.

wow, this is very interesting....

This is a Dr who had his own father stop taking Statins. Guess what, his dad died of atherosclerosis, something statins are used to treat.

Tbf we need to stop attacking the messenger.

After that interview I expect that's exactly what will happen to this doctor.

I even think they'll get other medical professionals to call him a crank. That's not what should happen. If medical professionals have opposing views and evidence to support them, then they should discuss it.

Btw you can still take a view on the risk being negligible. What Dr Malhotra says in that interview is the research currently shows 1 in 800 are at risk of cardio problems due to the vaccine.

and I'm pointing out they are dishing them out like smarties. Before any of my other medication (that I'm currently taking) was considered, before any other options were considered.

Been following him since he changed his view from vaxx supporter. He is very vocal, even hinting that this death may be linked to Vaccine.

Think he's gone past individuals choice dude.....myself I've always looked at my lifestyle choices before thinking the tablet would be the easiest option......only thing I take on the odd occasion is an headache tablet(bad for liver if abused) but if someone showed me a natural way of stopping headache then I wouldn't take them either.......but again that's my choice and nothing is off the table if I actually need it as a last resort.....look after yourself with healthy active lifestyle eating quality food produce and your doing good in my opinion

Sure, why not try to lower it through a diet change and exercise

Exactly! They try to scare you by saying you are going to have a heart attack or stroke...I'm like whooa let's take a step back here. It's easier to take the statins, but the easy way is not always he best way. If the other options don't work, you re-evaluate.

That’s why I excercise and try to eat well, but if I’m the end that doesn’t work, fill me up with them.
Cholesterol wasn’t invented until statins were developed :emoticon-0105-wink:

plus porridge for breakfast is miles better than a bacon roll.

think this would be covered by parliamentary privilege? Repeating what he said in the house. Sure Lord Mann will review and come back on this.
