If you are not happy with that date mate and believe within good reason you should be seen sooner, politely raise the matter with your doctor or your consultant's secretary, to see if they can bump you.
If we think he needs the neurological examination urgently can we apply to get it moved forward as well?

Rishi get's a big **** off from me like, looks a worm.
Let me tell you a story... about a woman who became a chemist and sent her son to 45k a term private school, who then went onto Oxford and goldman sachs, married a Billionaire who only just started paying proper tax cos they got found out.

Yeh it's a massive **** the ****ing **** off from me too.

Hate to be cynical, but if you want Labour or someone to win an election. Rishi is the man to choose.

I hinted at it in my Burnleh comment. But Rishi ain't gonna win the hearts of Labours red wall, who are mostly massive ****ing racists. Not to mention he looks and talks like a ****ing dork.

Jeremy Hunt and that Suella lady are far, far worse though. Suella borders Nazi sometimes in her policy choice.

I'm sorry to hear that mate. I kind of knew it wasn't life threatening which is why I wished you the best in terms of quality of health and life. I'm guessing that's the impact it's having on you more than anything. I'm guessimg the sleep thing is related also.

I've had 2 friends who had Crohns. The first was diagnosed 22 years ago. I knew him before and after. At the time there was little they could do about it and I remember the effect it had on him, physically and mentally. I think sometimes it's that quality of life which is affected rather than death rates, which is the hardest challenge. Well, it seemed so with him and the illness he has. Thankfully the treatments have improved so much, he's in a much better place now. Every now and again after 4/5 years it'll flair up but by and large the treatments have massively improved his health over the past 10 years and his quality of life.

My dad had Crohn’s. A very unpleasant long term illness that due to the medication needed, did shorten his life.
He had several operations over the years to remove sections of his intestines, the last one being where they removed a section turned it inside out and reattached it. Supposedly his body fluids “washed” the infection from the intestine?
Unfortunately he passed away before he benefitted from his last surgery, but as you have said the treatments have really come on in the last 40 years.
