it’s a 24% increased from 4,000 to 5,000. That’s people in hospital beds. Taking up resources. People that need specialist care. How many are in intensive care, can’t see. But my guess is that most are not vaccinated. But it’s nothing more than a cold now, so they shouldn’t even be in hospital right?

I'm fully behind flu shots and COVID shots but I'm going to pass on pox shots for now myself. It just doesn't represent enough of a major threat. Very low numbers, spreading slowly.

I might just get pox immunity the old fashioned way by hugging a bunch of cows. Cows need loving too!

(Having cow pox gives you immunity to small pox and monkey pox and several other poxes but is completely benign to humans)


Edit:. Just learned hugging a cow won't give you cowpox... You have to touch their tests. Off to touch a bunch of cow tests.

They've already ended mandatory mask wearing in hospitals. Well outside the clinical areas at least.

took my daughter for an eye examination last week and everyone in waiting area was wearing. When was it not made mandatory?

Last week sometime. Dunno if a waiting area classed as a clinical area or not though.

Not sure how true if it but just spoke to a cousin who lives in a small foreign country probs size of Luxembourg). They have some mid wife friends and they are saying since the vaccine they are seeing a 6x increase in miscarriages.
