Think the only reason they were saying 6months, was that the 6month period after your 2nd jab was the period when you had the highest immunity due to vaccination, so might as well wait to get maximum time period with immunity. They dropped that when it became clear that OMicron was spreading so quickly.

My third jab isn't showing on my vaccine pass.

My vaccine pass is therefore out of date, according to the French. I go to France in two weeks.

No one can solve this seemingly, what I've got so far is a collective shrug and the earnest promise I'm due a booster in March.

I don't want a ****ing booster. I've slept in a bed with a +ve Covid case the last four nights, I'm never ****ing catching the thing, I do not need a booster.

What I want is whichever simpleton 'forgot' to add my third jab to me records to rectify the fact that I have had THREE jabs, so I can travel freely to a country that isn't the ****ing UK.

Hope you get that sorted mate.

Welsh thing apparently.

They don't show third jab, unless it's a booster (mine is extra jab for immuno suppressed appartently, which I'm not anyway).

So, I can get a booster I don't want in March, which they will show.

They don't bother showing third jab. They do in England, Scotland and Norn Ireland though.

Have you ever ****ing heard anything like it? I mean, why would anyone with suppressed immunity want to leave Wales and travel abroad, eh? How dare they.

Two quotes from an E mail by a very nice man who tried to help me out;

"The Pass does not currently show the third dose for clinically vulnerable people, as this is not a booster vaccine. We are working with the UK Government on a system that will mean your third dose will show on the Pass."

And five minutes after that, the I.T. department replied with:

"We can see on the patient record that the citizen is classified as immunosuppressed so the dose in December is not officially a booster, this is recorded as a 3rd dose. Currently Welsh Government guidelines are that 3rd doses do not show on a Covid Pass. When they have their next dose that will be their Booster and will show on the Covid Pass."

Odd though that the website says "we are working on this issue" whereas I.T. says it's "official guidelines". But regardless, it's not good news by any measure I'm afraid. There seems to be no solution to this at the moment.

Pick the bones out of that. Can ANYONE make sense of why this would be?

I've got access to two sets of records, one via the NHS app, the other is via my online Doctors records, only the former gives you a pass. My thinking is if you have access to your Doctor records online, does the jab show on there? - it won't give you a pass but it would give you a printable record or just download that record. I'd find it strange if it's not entered on your doctors records, regardless of process, because it wouldn't matter if they only prescribed you an asprin, it would still be listed.

One way round this is to register a false +ve lft test on line.

Under new guidelines, if fully vaccined I don't now have to go for an official pcr test. An lft, if registered, should then show up on my covid records and, hence, my Covid 'passport'.

That's if I read things right.

Scrap this, lft tests don't show up on the international Covid pass, but do on the domestic one.

That’s utterly ludicrous. You had a 3rd dose as a priority as you were obvs classed a priority group. There should be absolutely no difference in terms of how it’s recorded, sounds like nothing more than a ridiculous failure in protocol. Computer says no, classic. It needs somebody to tell the IT bods to give their ****ing head a wobble and simply manually adjust your record. E-mail your local MP highlighting this barmy failure in protocol and he / she might surprise you, as there’s potentially some decent PR in solving an issue like this, which presumably won’t be unique to you. Worth 10 mins typing an email imo.

People of his ilk are literally told from birth that they are different from everybody else. That they are above everybody else, that they occupy a more elevated station that entitles them to special privileges

The fact that he treats everybody like plebs is of no surprise whatsoever.

The old boys network of Etonian toffs should be nowhere near public office.
Id like to know the last time we had a pm who didn't go to one of 'thee' three schools.

Eton
Harrow

I forget the other one now.

Politics - Its just a posh boys racket over here.

Funnily enough, the guy who sent the email did say perhaps next best step is to e mail my local MP.

I dismissed it as pointless really but you never know, it might work.

My local MP is a knob imo, but in fairness, on the few occasions I’ve contacted him via email he has always replied. An MP could sort your problem with a couple of calls, defo worth a punt imo.
