Reckon Brb carries a box full around and throws them at maskless passers by

<laugh>

Probably the sort of thing I would think of doing but too old to be fighting people.

Worn a mask in a car once, but that was because when the hospital walked me out to a car that had come to collect me, they said I and the driver had to wear one, due to the increased risk status I was at - I was self isolating at the time, for a total period of one month.

Never worn a mask in a car any other time, as I'd expect to know the covid status of someone I'm in a vehicle with.

I forget I have it on sometimes.

I sometimes keep mine on when it's cold. Probably what the guy on the beach was doing.

Mrs RCL tested positive on Wednesday.
I was coughing on so went for a PCR test. Came back negative.

She took a LFT test today (is feeling better than she was) and it was positive.
Mine was negative.

Both my daughter's are testing negatively too.

I work in a school ... Mrs RCL has worked at home for 5 weeks.

We are are all fully vaxed and had our boosters.

Makes **** all sense to me but glad my girls have avoided it and that Mrs RCL only had a couple of **** days.

Hope she's feeling better mate.

Mercifully, this Omicron variant doesn't seem to be too intense for most people.

She was getting worse for two or three days but is getting better...like having a mild flu. Mainly very achy and tired.
Just glad we're all fully vaccinated tbh

Wouldn’t want to imagine what people without being vaccinated would be like catching this.
Hope you both feel better soon.

So Djokovic's lawyers claim his reason for exemption, was that he had already contracted covid in Mid-December.

Oh dear, well if what his lawyers say is true, how do they explain this...

https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2...-for-vaccine-exemption-court-documents-reveal

Kick him out and send him back to his beloved Serbia.
Kind of proves what he is saying isn't it?
He say's he's exempt because he has had the virus within the last 6 months ( valid reason for exemption according to the Aussie rules) and this is verifying that fact.

What by attending a public event the day after he was supposed to be positive, surely he would have been isolating?

So did he have it or didn't he?
Seems to be a bit of an outcry that he attended and didn't wear a mask so i am going with "did".

Under Serbia covid laws, anyone with covid had to self-isolate for 14 days, but he didn't, IF he did have it. Yet the infection was recorded by Serbia on the 16th December and on the 16th and 17th Djokovic attended public events.

According to court documents released on Saturday ahead of the hearing, Djokovic’s Covid-19 infection was recorded by the Institute of Public Health of Serbia on 16 December, which provided the basis for the medical exemption he received by the Tennis Australia and Victorian state government medical panels.

Djokovic was additionally pictured on the streets of Belgrade on 25 December despite Serbia’s rules requiring 14 days of self-isolation.

It is not clear if he knew he had Covid when the earlier pictures were taken.
