From what I gather he attempted to lie about his vaccination status and was sent packing, his mrs a fruit cake spreading the shhite about 5G blah blah blah. Both anti vaxxers.
It looks like he applied for a medical exemption. When he landed the authorities wanted to see justification for the exception and they were not satisfied with what they were given, hence visa cancelled. Other players have received medical exemptions and have provided adequate justification but apparently not the Joker. It may even go to the federal court but they haven't received any application as yet. He will probably be on a plane tonight, tomorrow morning your time, so they will have to be quick.
