Oh no the incident is right.......the odds were slightly a bit one sided tbf and it wasn't people swimming away just backed into the water.

Now fans will be fans and that's part of the fun of being repulsive ****s who have hijacked a sport for kicks.

But club's must have some class compared so do you think Swansea as a club should stop players playing up for fans with references to football violence.

Basically you're about 8x more like to die according to the ONS statistics being unvacinated vs double jabbed.

Then i looked at how many died by age and hospital admissions.

My conclusion is the hospital admissions are a pile of bollocks (and probably due to positive covid tests), not necessarily people going to hospital because of covid. No way are there 37k toddlers being hospitalised because of covid (unless i'm grossing up wrong, i just took the number and multiplied it by 600 to get to a population of 60 million)

Also if you're under 44 and even 54 you're pretty much alright

The ONS has that ratio at 32 times more likely, so I’m not sure how you’ve come up with 8? Different data period? Dunno.

Not sure you can class a disease that’s still seeing off around 1200-1500 a week here as being non dangerous like. Shows just how low the UK public’s bar is compared to our peers, given what we’ve lived through here.

That’s the entire issue here imo, as people were told it had finished on ‘freedom day’ and many have done **** all to mitigate transmission since, which coincided with a mutation of the disease that was 60% more transmissible arriving. Anti vaxxers have planted the seeds of doubt and people are needlessly dying every day of the week.

yeah, i still mask up in tight areas. My office place no one gives a **** there though.

also not to be a stickler but 1200-1500 is more around 750 a week (way higher in Jan/Feb but they removed that)

but as it’s now not 1500 a day but 1500 a week, people seem happy. Masks are rare in supermarkets etc and I was given a few strange looks at the football last week.

these freedom marches etc, people are not restricted. It all goes back to the start of the pandemic, the government having to tell people to wash their hands…… <doh>
