Just for clarity
You clearly stated 100,000 nurses. Only 300,000 ish nurses in the NHS (299,184 according to the Dec 2020 numbers published).
So how many nurses will we lose? Especially as they have a greater vaccine uptake than the general population.

NhS workers include porters, cleaners drivers, managers, admin, cooks etc. Not just nurses.
I get a flu vaccine every year, so why would I decide that enough was enough for the same thing with COVID in the future? Where’s the issue?
Why are you so bothered about others agreeing to have the vaccination.
You have consistently said that once you feel they have proved the vaccination safe that you will have them.
Does it not occur to you that those of us who have been vaccinated feel that it has been proved safe for us?

I've had two shots of the vaccine and thankfully no side effects. My missus was run down for a week or so, but she's fine too. I do know of a couple of people (not personally) who have had Pericarditis, but that was from the Pfizer vaccine.
My conclusion from it would be that in the vast majority of cases the vaccine is perfectly safe (I think the UK now has around 45m people who've been vaccinated) but that like any vaccine or medication, unfortunately some people will experience negative side effects. I think these people should be supported by the health care system to look at other treatments, of which more and more are coming online.

Let's have the details en, where will the job loses come from........I'm not sure going through who works in the NHS covers who hasn't had jab really does it besides the lack of figures for me....tell me, do you think all the above positions with loses will impact the service or will it just be hunky dory.
