I watched Stargate the other week, and decided to rewatch SG1.
I think I've found the original source for the conspiracies, pretty much every one is a plot of from an episode.

I didn't know where to put this but seeing as 90% of it is related to the Covid pandemic this is probably the best place for it.

How is it that so many dodgy deals, change in policies, sweeteners, insider share trading, nepotism is being carried out by ministers and the prime minister under the guise of 'special' measures due to the Covid pandemic and nobody, with any great conviction, seems to give a ****. It's bare face corruption, they know they're beyond reproach, they're sticking two fingers up to the country whilst doing it and there's no will to hold them to account over it.

Happens whoever is in power. But right now, people are trying to survive and get moving forward. Wouldn’t trust my Nan if she were a politician.

Every four years they sell lies for your vote.

Yes but in the past they would've at least been scrutinised and held accountable. At the very least encountered public pressure. The level of lies and deceit and nobody seems to care.

I take on board your point about people just wanting to survive but if we can all get worked up en masse over a football super league, I'm sure there's enough in the tank to kick up a fuss about this equally corrupt bunch of ****s, no?
