Speaking to the hospital today, it appears even when you've been vaccinated, covid tests and self isolation will still be required. Which obviously I understand, because the younger generation have not been vaccinated yet. So would I be right in assuming, that due to the anti-vaxxers in the population, those procedures (tests and self isolation) will always apply, as I can't see covid ever going away in one strain or other.

I find this strange. If there’s no pressure on the NHS from the younger generation, why all this? People die of all sorts of ailments, so why focus on this once the vulnerable are protected to some form.

It's like smoking. Back in the 90's when the rules came in about no smoking in public places and they (and I was one of them) had to fck off outside pubs, restaurants, places of work to smoke there was an outcry about "it's our rights!!!" Now nobody bats an eyelid about it. Everyone accepts it.

I actually asked the question to reconfirm, I said so even though I've been vaccinated, I still have to have a covid test?

The response was, the procedures remain in place, so yes.

No I'm not once time has been spent and safety is confirmed by independent sources then I'm good to go.....just so happens these corporations have a historical list of fk ups in early releases.......this one is being played out in current time and im staying well clear until things have been resolved after this test period.

None of mine have had injections.......touch wood both are healthy and can get them done if they choose to when they are old enough to decide for themselves.
