Now in the UK will be interesting to see who this is rolled out to first. As I am top of the clinically vulnerable list then get me first in that line! I want to get back out in the world. I know that it doesn't stop me from being a carrier, but as a normal person I understand basic hygiene and such to prevent the spread of these bill gates developed viruses.

I suspect getting it organised and rolled out will be a huge operation that will take time.. Let's hope everyone doesn't take this as an excuse to ignore the guidelines, but they will take the piss no doubt.

If I am understanding it right, you need two doses of this vaccine. We had ordered 30m but it therefore would treat 15m people. Leaving 55m untreated. Also of that 15m that do have the vaccine it will be ineffective on 10% of them.

I've read 40 million doses which works out for 20 million people.

30m was reported on BBC and SKY, because it takes two doesn't mean that there will only be 15m or 20m depending on whats ordered. Are HEPC ordered as a two part.....I only ever had one HEPc vaccine, but two weeks apart if I remember correctly

I'm not knocking the vaccine, I'm disputing the figures, Chaos claims it will protect 90%....yeah, but 90% of the people vaccined, not 90% of the population.

Where are you getting your calculation of 60m injections from?

They have ordered 30M vaccines, if it is a two part vaccination then they will be 60m injections (30m * 2=60m) Unless I am totally misunderstanding whats reported then i will happily bow down and have my belly tickled.

Either way, I will be getting one, top of the clinically vulnerable list!
