Personally I don't believe in God. But people who do would say that they have faith, and that is perfectly fair enough. Nobody is denying anybody their faith. But when people present conspiracies as truth, then they need to back it up with some evidence.

so what would you say if i have faith in my own intuition for making sense from this insane human mess we have created

I've mentioned it already, but there's a straw man argument being peddled here that goes like this:

If you don't believe the conspiracies, then you automatically must believe everything that you are being fed by the establishment.

This is bullshit of course, but it's the defence mechanism conspiracists use to double down on their position to try and make the person challenging them for facts, appear as gullible to accept uncorroborated info, as they are themselves.

It doesn't wash though. You either have verifiable facts or you don't. If you make a claim, you need to back it up. If you make a claim and it is debunked with facts, then you need to climb down and accept that you were wrong.

Exactly.

The truthers don’t believe anything on mainstream media but take data from social media as gospel

I would say that it's your opinion, which you are perfectly entitled to.

When people present things as fact, then they need to actually present the facts.
There’s plenty of it out there, but you can’t see it because you don’t want to see it.

Also, with almost all Government lies, there isn’t going to be a neatly compiled dossier of evidence by which to hang the guilty parties. In fact, governments generally work extremely hard to make sure there isn’t any. Sometimes, you have to use your intuition.
You proclaim yourself to be open minded.

Ever thought that you are seeing it because you want desperately want to see it

:emoticon-0158-time:

Take your time HIAG.

Remember we're looking for evidence here, not your vague opinion.

Just as I thought, absolutely NOTHING.

Not even one example of which 'lies' I have 'sucked up', how these unstated lies are actually lies, or by which process I have been duped by them.

NOT ONE.

Just vague, baseless and inaccurate accusations. i.e Bullshit.

He's admitted that he doesn't actually need any proof to believe in any of this guff

He could not be any more of a cliche or victim of fake news.

Poorly educated, bored middle aged white man who plays Pink Floyd covers wanting to believe he has an understanding of the world.

He wants it so to be true soooo much.

He also thinks he is alternative but there are millions of 60 year olds like him across the Anglo Saxon world

My mate’s mum was a very lonely arthritic old lady who got hoodwinked online out of boredom by the likes of Prof Coleman.

She became very aggressive that we could not see what she saw. And went on a Goebbels style propaganda mission to convert us

Eventually she ‘closed her eyes’ to all that rubbish. She asked us to never mention it to save her embarrassment

There is no fool like an old fool

For those who believe, no proof is necessary; for those who don’t want to believe, no amount of evidence will be sufficient.

You’ve literally just described yourself there ffs <laugh>

Your ‘belief’ is enough for you to completely buy into something and any actual tangible evidence that contradicts your ill informed and misguided position, you simply dismiss without even considering it.

You’re the epitome of the seemingly now commonplace ignoramus, who’s been groomed and gaslit into thinking that opinion and fact somehow have equivalence.

Don't forget that ******ed "gravity doesn't exist" ****

Gravity clearly does exist. But it seems only fair to point out that quantum physicists can neither explain it nor find a place for it within the quantum universe. It's sort of the missing link between classical physics and quantum mechanics. A bit of a bugger apparently, if you are a theoretical physicist trying to crack the theory of everything...

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qua...avity (QG) is a,effects of gravity are strong.

if i was you i would delve into the wikileaks files if you got the stomach for the information then come back with an opinion of what you make of certain emails videos and documents.

looking closer to home there are many ex police trying to get airtime to give information as witness 2 **** rings that worked the streets and care homes in repulsive abuse of britains most vulnerable kids.

you wont see it on mainstream tv and you would find it difficult on even the likes of youtube but its there if you look.

Indeed, there is a lot of info that various folk want to keep from the public domain. Usually involving incriminating high profile members of the establishment.

The Epstein affair is a classic example of over privileged ****ers abusing vulnerable kids because they think that they are above the law. These people need lobbing in a vat of acid imo.

I went to a lecture in January, by a guy called Michael Brooks. Absolute ****ing mind bender. Keep meaning to buy his book - The Quantum Astrologers Handbook - but haven’t got round to it yet.

Carlo Ravelli is another “out there” physicist. If you believe him, the entire story of the universe - every last particle of it - has already been told. And he can “prove” it sufficiently well, not to be completely dismissed by the scientific community.

This is part of the problem imo, that some people have completely rejected mainstream media for spreading 'lies and propaganda'

And have instead turned to spurious websites to get their info, and accept it all unquestioningly.

The irony is of this is completely lost on them of course

i get all my news from not606. not sure whether i should listen to buddha or a pixie
