I’ve not heard of them apart from Kinnock tbf. Did any of them knowingly drag Coronavirus 260 miles up the country?

I dread to think what Tom Harwood has done to get where is.

Nah if anyone had defended Kinnock's actions I'd have been the same.

So let me get this right?

little Dom took his family from the isolated environment of his house to the isolated environment of his car.

He then drove 250 miles in said isolated car probably stopping for fuel, naughty Dom, if only somebody had invented some system of filling your car by use of a credit/debit card without ever leaving the pump you could have got away with this.

He then took his family to a secluded house to isolate them.

Then he took his family to a river bank to see the ducks, this time they all got out of the isolated car and mingled with the hundreds of others on the bank watching the ducks. Very naughty Dom.

In reality the penalty for breaking lockdown at that time was £60, i think it should be doubled for every offence so Dom should give the Chancellor £720 and say sorry.

Stop being political pussies and get in the real world <doh> <laugh>

Then at least he would be being treated like the rest of us if he was fined.
People could not not say goodbye to dying relatives cos of the rules...they couldn't go to funerals, couldn't visit sick relatives, couldn't have their student kids who were experiencing mental health problems come home...

I know you aint trivialising these issues but that's why he is so out of line.
He was partially responsible for the rules that meant that all of the above happened yet he chose to flout them.

So I've been doing the weekly shop, precription pick ups etc for my parents for over 2 months and at times had a bit of resistance but by and large they've listened and stayed indoors except the occasional outdoor walk.

This morning I call my dad and he's now talking about going and doing things himself. With places opening up by mid-June it does make me think on a personal level how I feel about my parents going out. I still think they shouldn't go out. But at the same time wondering for how long. Or if they will even listen considering the rest of the country will be back to normal in effect and they're pretty pig-headed and very much so about what they see as their independence.

...or more realistically ... those guys above were not responsible for implementing the very lockdown measures for the nation before flagrantly flaunting them ... huge difference <cheers>

No difference whatsoever <laugh>

The penalty for breaking lockdown is death ... unfortunately more often of others than the selfish arrogant **** doing the breaking <ok>

Lets not forget one of the first jobs Cummings had in government was under Gove when he was Minister for Education.

Btw a junior minister has resigned today. At least some politicians have principles.
