I'm reading it as, I think they are getting worried that the public might not stick with the guidance of staying at home.

It's all LIES .

a VERY Close friend is a district nurse .

She goes in to see patients at home( With the full PPE ) , the carers are sat there with a pair of gloves and that's all the so called PPE they have !

She is not the only one reporting this :(​

Would also be difficult for anyone in a city or large town to travel into the countryside I guess.
