You can get some decent kids from the agency sometimes (some lazy fookers too). Quite often they are looking for full time work (unless its uni break), so impress because they want to get taken on the books. I can't remember the time frame now, but some agencies will have something like a six month (not exact timing) clause in their contract that if you take them on, you have to pay the agency x amount. Always worth getting the mobi's of the reliable ones that turn up.

I know all about agency workers, i've been one a few times.

A lot are lazy ****s, playing the benefit system...Some ain't.

I will be putting this point forward on Monday. To my shift manager (still seems strange calling her that)

Pushing for these kids to have a chance

We are so short off trained people, i've been asked for any job to get get trained on..<laugh>

****ing politics, i can do every job in this enviorment..

There is something about the world it has created that I am enjoying. The back to basics thinking is refreshing.

obviously the bad stuff is what it’s all about...jus sayin though...I’m enjoying how it’s humanising society...a bit more about family...not obsessed with entertainment and reality tv anymore and the right people in society are getting the praise not some dumb arse footballer or such like...for me anyway.

I wonder if many will appreciate their jobs and normality when it resumes .
I kind of think that a couple of years down the line it will be forgotten and we will be back in a world of disbelief and brushing off any warnings as scaremongering and nanny state .
Maybe a little bit of authoritarianism will do us good !

I've already not decided to go to Dot. Com If it does ever happen.

I'll stick with food....everyone needs to eat. Not buy a new filthy big **** off TV.

I know what you mean. But there's a lot more fear out there now and it's growing. A lot of frightened ppl bound to turn on each other. It'll start with a few fighting over bog rolls, then some over 70 will walk up to a young asian girl waiting in the queue for Boots and tell her he's sick of her lot coming in and killing everyone, eventually the poor will blame the rich and the rich will abandon the poor, and in the end it'll be every man for himself. Just saying like.
