I know all about agency workers, i've been one a few times.You can get some decent kids from the agency sometimes (some lazy fookers too). Quite often they are looking for full time work (unless its uni break), so impress because they want to get taken on the books. I can't remember the time frame now, but some agencies will have something like a six month (not exact timing) clause in their contract that if you take them on, you have to pay the agency x amount. Always worth getting the mobi's of the reliable ones that turn up.
A lot are lazy ****s, playing the benefit system...Some ain't.
I will be putting this point forward on Monday. To my shift manager (still seems strange calling her that)
