Yes If you go back too soon in our place , and then go off again , it actually goes against you .
Then sack those taking the piss...5 days sick in 12 months is outrageous...when I was a union rep I went to countless meetings where stsff were being bullied, threatened and penalised for having 3 days off with a cold in February and another 2 days off the following January!
Not having a go at you mate but it has long been a bug bear of mine.

Typical attitude of these big companies, all happy to take the good times, but as soon has something affects their profits they are there with the begging bowl. On one hand the government have had a letter handed them begging for £7.5b on the other hand Virgin Atlantic are telling employee's to take 8 weeks UNPAID leave! Well those employees need to be able to afford to eat to! While Branson comfortably sits on a worth of over $4 Billion.
Flour is great for making homemade bread...... Also a goat is handy but not the male version..... Grab a couple of chickens(not already dead) for eggs....... And seeds for growing your own fruit and veg.
