Coranavirus is a category of viruses, so products may have it listed, as it includes the common cold. People are sharing misleading information via social media sources, as of the 17th Feb 2020, no dettol product had been tested against Covid-19 <<< that's the important bit!
These so called health products claim to kill 99.9% of germs forgetting to add that it is the 0.1% that might kill you if you have not built up your resistance by exposure to the 99.9%
The whole thing is a giant con to make money for these giant companies
Making everything too clean is harming our children by destroying their natural immune systems

So anyone think we'll get football matches behind closed doors?

The PL would be completely devastated if they had to present the title to Liverpool in an empty Anfield <laugh>

I think it could happen. If there's an outbreak of coronavirus in the UK, which is likely then the Govt will step in and put a temporary hold on gatherings of 1000 or more people.

As long as it's not by next Saturday.

I think as far as revenue goes from tourism, it will certainly affect clubs like Liverpool, but as far as their real fan base goes, they will just sit at home and watch it on tv like they normally do.

Yeah playing with no crowds wont affect clubs anywhere near like it used to.
Gate receipts make up such a tiny fraction of a clubs revenue these days, compared to say, 20 years ago.

Its the Euros this summer that are gonna be an issue, because the tournament is set all over the ****ing place!!
If they aint got a lid on this corona **** in the next month or so they should really cancel it.
People would have to be stupid to go country hopping all over Europe right now.
Of all the years for a virus to break out, its the year that they decide to go all spastic with the Euros and set the games all over the continent <doh>

Yeah, and London is hosting both semis and the final!!!

Dont know if its a good idea to have 250,000 foreigners descending on our nations capital right now!!

So Sunderland won't be affected.

Their was a doctor on radio 2 this lunchtime who was saying that it would be safer being in a stadium than watching on a TV in a pub when talking about football. Didn’t hear all of the reasons behind it tbh, but was along the lines of it could spread easier between people in a pub?

Possibly because the stadiums are open and have quite a breeze usually, while a pub is purposely quite a warm and stuffy place packed to the rafters with people drinking. Who will cough, sneeze, talk a lot.

It makes perfect sense.

I’m sure that many do daily anyways, so won’t make a jot of difference.

Loving the hysteria though, keep up the good work. <cheers>

250,000 additional ones, ya cabbage.
I am sure a quarter of a million extra people from the continent wont increase the chances of the infection spreading at all......

hysteria <laugh>
Nah its called common sense.
