With all this uncertainty I think this could have a devastating affect on the tourist industry, and businesses that rely on tourists money.
Travel company / airline shares already been hammered.

Can i just say as someone approaching 60 and who was officially classified as severely disable over 40 years ago that i appreciate all the care & concern the denizens of this thread have so eloquently expressed .:emoticon-0172-mooni

PS my Mum also says "Hi" .

Hi mum, how lovely x

Have you thought about taking her on holiday, I hear Lombardy is good this time of year <whistle>

That logic don't stack up at all. Facial tissues are far stronger than bog roll, especially for colds, even if you use qaulity toilet roll and I very much doubt the people buying it up in a mass panic are desperate for a penny or two saving. I think in Morrisons you can buy a box of over 200 large size tissues for around 80p.

YOU can tell her that !

She actually read it somewhere , still , good luck...

Sadly a guaranteed recession from this, absolute economic disaster for many. A crap load of low skilled jobs will be lost.

Supposed to being going to Dam Easter holidays

should I bother booking it?

or will **** go crazy by then?

Hard to say. Sounds like it’ll probably be crazier then than now with peak-craziness in May. If it was just the risk of catching it to put up with then I’d happily book a cheap Euro break but chances are the flight will get cancelled or I’ll be barred from going to work.

You’ll be at no more risk there than here.

I’m meant to be going on a 2 week cruise that weekend, not sure that’ll be happening.

Where's it supposed to be going? But yeah, wouldn't fancy that.
