Trump's poor grasp of the extent of the problem knows no bounds. Granted NYC has the highest mortality, but Californa, Washington and Luisiana are just as much a concern. Especially when you consider NYC has a conversion of 1.4% and the others range from 2% to 5% and will be doubling up day by day. Not to mention New Jersey.

Gordon Ramsay lays off 500 workers with a month's salary.

Ramsay was featured in Forbes’ 2019 list of the highest-paid entertainers of the year, with a reported intake of US$63 million (£51.4m). He was the only chef on the Celebrity 100 list.

One thing this awful crisis has made me aware of that I didn’t appreciate before, and that’s the level of deprivation and poverty in parts of Italy. I had literally no idea it was as bad as it is.

Yeah I know the likes of the Milan clubs took the piss out of Napoli fans for being tramps. But I thought it was like us and the inbreds from Stoke <laugh>

Yup a very complex country and a lot of its history probably explains why some of the divisions are still visible today.

My thoughts to stopping this from boiling over, would be for the supermarkets in the South to set up their own foodbanks or parcels for those hungry, I would hope then that would help prevent the criminal gangs from enticing the poor to start looting. I'm not sure what emergency food measures are already in place out there at the moment. My logic being that looting will cost the supermarkets far more than the generosity of handing out free food parcels.

I come to my own conclusion regarding Naples, in that because people fly into there for the Amalfi Coast, they think it's a great place, it's not, it's a typical (and poor) City you have to go through as a major hub or that's the impression I get.

Anyone been to a supermarket over the last few days, just wondering what it's like out there?

Was just in Morrisons. No eggs and not a lot of fresh meat but otherwise fine. Trying not to go during retard hours which seem to be weekdays after 10.
