No. I couldn't understand it as it never states in there what they are actually talking about. I took 6minutes to watch the whole video and it waffled on without ever indicating what it was about.
To be honest I would rather watch 6minutes of people filing by the queen's coffin than watch 6minutes of a video with no indication of what they are talking about and no conclusion at the end. I assumed you had maybe posted the wrong video.

You or I could've posted what he said and it would've meant just as much. That's not a put down btw. I just think if you're going to post a video it should at least provide some evidence or third party first hand accounts. Not just some bloke talking about what he thinks.
