Theres a st mungoes hostel near me, all residents have substance abuse problems, you see them all around the area, in corners and that piping ect doing what they do.
No one wants to see that, but they can't do it at the hostel cos they lose the room.
So because they have no discreet place to go they go where they can and kids walk past amd ****.
Decriminalisation and regulation, solves that in months maybe even less one you take the tax profits and use thise to build needle banks and **** like that to take it off the streets.
I heard on the radio that in the last decade drug poisoning deaths have doubled, that means peeps are dying cos of cut up **** they buy off stteet dealers. Again decriminalisation and regulation deads that by providing clean drugs.
I could go all day countering why the war on drugs is a fuking joke but whatever im. Stopping now my fingers hurt
