That is utter bollocks. LFT's detect proteins that are produced by Covid that are not produced by a common cold. It is virtuall impossible for someone with only a cold to produce a positive test

Yes I do. However, the vaccinated are much less likely to pass it on. It can happen but it is much less likely. Once again, the rules falling on the side of personal freedom as they try and balance stopping the spread verses people's freedoms.

The downfall of the tests is that they give too many negatives. The number of false positives is negligible (0.5%). Testing does not result in case numbers being inflated. It results in cases being under-reported. You having a test would not add false figures to the total.
